A Colombian Hot Dog is a classic beef hot dog made in the traditional style of Medellín and other Colombian cities. Our delicious all-beef hot dogs are topped with a variety of flavorful ingredients, including crushed potato chips, bacon, coleslaw, pineapple sauce, mayo, ham, ketchup, special sauce, cheese, and more. These toppings combine to create a uniquely tasty street food experience that is beloved throughout Colombia.

Our Journey: It all started back in 2005, with a humble kiosk at Kennedy Stadium during a soccer match that captured hearts. Our Colombian Hot Dogs, a taste previously missing in Connecticut, quickly became a hit. Encouraged by this success, we took a bold step and launched our food truck, pioneering the Colombian fast food revolution in the state.
Expanding Horizons: From our long-standing location at El Latino Restaurant, 553 Park Avenue, Bridgeport, to our brand-new mobile food trailer, our journey has been one of innovation and passion. Today, we're more than just hot dogs; our expanded menu includes Colombian hamburgers, stuffed arepas, and more. Each dish crafted with over 15 years of culinary expertise to bring authentic Colombian flavors to every plate.
